The loan amount and tenor are determined by factors such as age, earnings and other risk assessment criteria determined during the credit interview. For NHF Loans, a contributor is eligible to access a maximum of ₦50 million with a maximum tenor of 30 years, subject to age, earnings, and number of years before clocking 60 years of age, among other factors.

For NHF mortgages: 6% per annum for periods up to 30 years. For Sale of Federal Government Houses (SOFGH) programme: 9.5% per annum for up to 15 years. For Commercial mortgages: rates depend on prevailing market rates, with tenors typically ranging from 1 to 10 years.

Yes. Your account balance can be provided by your assigned Account Officer upon enquiry. Your loan repayment schedule will also suffice, provided there are no outstanding arrears on the facility.

For insurance claims, please ensure your repayment of insurance premiums is up to date without default. Then contact your Account Officer or visit any LivingTrust branch to initiate the claims process. Our team will guide you through the required documentation.
NHF Loans

The National Housing Fund (NHF) Loan is a special scheme administered by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN). It provides financial support for NHF contributors to build, buy, renovate, or improve their homes at a concessionary rate of 6% per annum for up to 30 years.

You must be a registered contributor to the National Housing Fund (NHF) scheme. Eligibility is also subject to age, income level, length of contribution, and other credit assessment criteria.

NHF contributors can access up to ₦50 million, subject to their income level, contribution history, and age at the time of application.
Accounts & Banking

Visit any of our branches with a valid government-issued ID, recent utility bill (not older than 3 months), 2 passport photographs, your BVN, and your initial deposit. Our team will assist you in completing the account opening process.

Yes. LivingTrust offers e-banking services including internet banking, USSD banking, Verve Debit Card, Interbank Transfers (NIP), and Automated Direct Debit (ADD). Visit our e-Banking page for more details.
